    The drain means (11) includes at least one element (13) which extends a distance into the bag (5) aligned with or around the outlet opening (3) and defines at least one passage (15) between the end (17) of the outlet opening of the at least one element (13) farthest from the outlet opening and the outlet opening (3) of the spout (1). The wall of the bag (5) which is opposite to the outlet opening (3) of the spout (1) is thus prevented from being sucked across the bag when the bag (5) is partly or almost completely drained of liquid and, therefore, has collapsed. In this way the opposite wall of the bag does not cover the outlet opening (3) and prevent liquid flow therethrough.

    The invention relates to packaging technology and can be used for the storage, transportation, distribution and pouring of liquid products, such as soft drinks.
    The purpose of the invention is to improve the operating conditions by providing free draining with a partially emptied bag.
    FIG. 1 shows the proposed device; in fig. 2 is the same cross section.
    The device consists of a tip 1 with an outlet opening 2, a bag 3 connected to it and a plastic film or laminated plastic films and a drainage device 4 including ribs 5 located at the outlet opening and installed with a gap 6 between them on the support element 7. wherein the latter is circumferentially around the outlet 2 of the tip 1, the fins 5 are installed radially, and the bag 3 is located in the box 8 made of cardboard.
    Drainage device may be made of plastic material, such as polyethylene, in one piece with the tip or reinforced on it. and the tip can be made of polyethylene.
    The device works as follows.
    When emptying bag 3, even when it is partially or almost completely empty, the wall of the bag opposite tip 1 comes in contact with the ends of the ribs 5 and the liquid is drained through gaps 6 into the outlet 2 of tip 1, while the ribs 5 allow for free flow liquids from bag 3 by preventing its wall from blocking the outlet 2.
    Drainage device A, which can form one common knot / i with tip 1, (placed in the opening of the side wall of the bag 3 and welded to the latter.
    The drainage device 4 can be made with the tip 1 in one piece by injection molding or attached to the tip 1, for example, by means of glue.
